Be aware of their knowledge of skin undertone colours!
This is me. Inexpensive makeup, blusher, lipstick from a non-toxic online store.
Little adornment: A necklace, a pair of glasses.
Fantastic hair product to settle the grey hair down.
Wrong
Ten years earlier I had a professional photo shoot and the makeup expert put 'cool' foundation on me. White face. Even though I explained that I have a coral skin undertone and need a yellow based foundation. Do not expect that an 'expert' knows what they are doing.
At so many weddings the bride looks completely different, her face plastered with makeup with no natural colouring visible. Or the wedding party who have used their 'right' foundation for years, have an 'expert' makeup artist use the wrong foundation. Sometimes the Mother of the Bride has had to change her outfit because she looks so different in the wrong makeup. Be careful.
I worked in a bridal shop. The right dress for the natural makeup when she tries it on. Sometimes completely different with 'professional' makeup on.
